When Orange moved to Holmbladsgade in Copenhagen, they chose the A2Z TURNKEY concept as the foundation of the project. The move placed extra great demands on co-operation between the company’s IT department and our own staff. It was essential that the technical department's 420 workstations would be 100% operational by Monday morning. At the conclusion of the project, the IT department could declare 99.6% of the workstations operational. The remainder of the organisation was similarly operational as planned on the Monday morning. A major task, in which our concept was put to the test due to the project's overall size (710 workstations), complexity and extremely tight deadlines. Internal reorganisation |
