Relocating during the hurricane of the century

Despite the fact that the domicile relocation of L'Oréal and Lancarõme took place during the "hurricane of the century" on 3 December 1999, with consequent major delays in implementation, the A2Z TURNKEY concept's project management tool made it possible to reorganise the entire relocation process, with the result that the company and all its staff could be 100% operational on the following Monday morning.

In close co-operation with the internal IT department, the server room was moved within the planned deadlines, which meant that all IT workplaces could be declared operational in advance of the conclusion of the main move.
