More than 700 of KMD’s workplaces were moved from three different locations and combined with a major internal reorganisation in just one weekend.
To secure the project's punctual implementation, it was divided into a number of sub-projects under A2Z TURNKEY’s project management. After a prequalification round, these were tendered to four external removals firms.
