New joint domicile
| After a merger between Hewlett-Packard and Compaq, the organisation was concentrated under one roof with 650 workplaces. In accordance with the A2Z TURNKEY concept, a solution was developed which enabled a simultaneous and parallel fusion from the formerly separate organisation bases to the new joint domicile. The physical relocation was divided into three sub-tasks and tendered out after a prequalified selection, which ensured optimum internal co-ordination in carrying out the tasks. The entire domicile relocation was implemented from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening, after which Hewlett-Packard was ready for operations again Monday morning. |
