New headquarters in Ballerup
AMBU International’s administration, laboratory, and production facilities were transferred to a newly-built domicile in Ballerup.
We were given the entire responsibility for the project, and carried out the task with a minimum of operational disruption before, during and after the process. The overall co-ordination included machinery transport with mobile cranes of up to 54 t/m, and all of the A2Z TURNKEY concept modules, including tidying up and emptying of former factory and administration premises.
Internal reorganisation
We subsequently carried out large and small internal reorganisations in connection with company takeovers and organisational changes. These were prepared in accordance with the A2Z TURNKEY concept, and thus did not affect the company's daily production.
